well fast metabolisms generally prevent people from gaining weight, and most of the food you eat is processed through your body very quickly, causing you to go to the bathroom around 4- 8 times a day! 

and slow usually stores a lot of your food, making you a little larger, and using a lot of your food causing you to gain more weight.

well it depends on the speed of your metabolism!
if you have had previous history of a slow metabolism, than 5 small meals of the right ingredients is the way to go for you!

BUT

if you have a fast metabolism, and its just the eating part is the problem, than eating a substantial breakfast, healthy snacks and substantial dinner is the way to go! 

ALSO

remember that not all of weight lose comes down to what you eat, make sure you are also doing atleast 30 minutes exercise a day.

okay well here are some things that have helped me! 
put little signs in places you always look, LIKE for example, change your background of your computer to something like “keep it up” or maybe even just a photo of you that you look you look overweight in! trust me it helps.

ALSO another way is find someone who wants to do the same thing, regardless of what their weight is, if they want to loose weight as well its good to do it with someone else! NOT saying you cant do it alone, because you clearly did! AND WELL DONE FOR THE GORGEOUS!
